Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. If any signs of smoking are documented, the guest agrees to pay a $250 penalty fee.
No Pets:
This property DOES NOT allow pets. If an unauthorized pet is found on the premises, it must be removed immediately, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply.
No Parties, Events, or Filming:
Parties, events, professional photography, and video recording are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
