Hello! Just wanted to write a quick review here of our stay at the beautiful Calabay Palms Villa. We have been to Florida before both staying in hotels and Villas but as our family has grown a large villa like this has become a must as after long hot days walking thousands of steps it’s great for everyone to have their own space. From enquiring to the day we came home Nicole has been so helpful, starting with a quote, to giving advice on the best cheapest airport to fly from, car hire, restaurant recommendations, to days out ideas that aren’t just the theme parks, to checking we got home ok. The villa is decorated and furnished beautifully and is stocked with everything you might need. The beds are so comfy and the bedding and towels all fresh and soft. I made great use of the large washing machine and tumble dryer. The children absolutely loved the pool and the games room, I’d regularly lose them and my partner for whole evenings when they’d have darts competitions and pool tournaments. We all loved relaxing in the hot tub late in the evening to rest our aching legs after days at the parks. The villa is situated perfectly for Disney and Universal and we split our days between both using our hire car with no journey being long than 40 mins (Sea World) Having supermarkets, restaurants and most importantly and Starbucks very close by was so handy for when we were tired and didn’t want to drive far for dinner or essentials we needed. We would book to come back again in a heartbeat and i am already working out when we can come back. Thankyou again Nicole anyone booked to come here is very lucky! 5* Review: We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks, this was our 2nd visit and it was how we remembered it. It's got everything you need, 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 en-suites and a family bathroom. A large living room, separate dining room and kitchen, a games room and lastly a great pool with a jacuzzi. The property is very well maintained and in a great location, close to a great selection of restaurants and a block down from Walmart. We drove into Orlando to do the parks and had no issues. We would definitely stay again.

The home was beautiful and spacious. I especially like the security of it. Being in a gated community made us feel safe to come and go. The host has clear instructions in the binder but still answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Very friendly and we’d definitely recommend and would book again!

Wow! What a great experience, the home was all it was supposed to be. Easy check-in with the keypad. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool entrances from the house was definitely A plus! Quiet neighborhood with short distance to everywhere we needed to go. Worth every penny. 😊

5*Review My family and I felt right at home definitely would recommend this place on the outskirts of Disney so you skip all the traffic but still close enough that you don’t feel far. Would definitely recommend for any family just looking to either visit Disney or just spend a week hanging out with each other. This is definitely the spot.

We stayed for 9 days and visited Universal Studios, which was about 35-60 min away depending on traffic. The home is beautiful and just like the pictures. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything needed for us to make meals throughout the week. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub; it looks really pretty at night with everything lit up. The details put into decorating this house did not go unnoticed, including the small touches like the toys and books in the Toy Story room and all of the decals and minions in the Minions room. The coral, turtles and dolphins were a nice touch too-really makes this place feel like a home we were welcomed into. We would def stay here again! Location overall is nice, can be a bit of a drive to Universal depending on traffic, but close to several shopping areas, restaurants and some great putt putt.

5*. This place was lovely. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and a great pool. Check in with easy. Any questions we had for the host were answered in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

We have just finished our 14 day stay here with our 3 children and parents. We have had the most wonderful time. The pool area is a great size with sun loungers and table and chairs. The pool itself is a brilliant size and feels lovely and private. The villa is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable and luxurious (we will be sad to leave). The kitchen was equipped with lots of plates, bowls and cutlery including plastic for the children and for around the pool. The TV had netflix which was ideal for when the kids needed a little downtime. There are so many lovely touches and elements to this villa and it really does feel like home. We will miss swimming in the pool and observing the little alligator. Kevin and Tricia have been amazing hosts. The communication is brilliant and any concerns are swiftly addressed. I cannot recommend this villa more highly as a young family. We have saved for so long and waited so long to get here and we couldn't have made a better decision. Villa was beautiful, extremely comfortable with everything we required, very pleased with Villa and location! Pool settings, water sprays, hot tub etc Pool is an amazing size, with comfortable loungers in a nice community, really enjoyed our stay and would go again!

We recently stayed at Sunset Lake Villa for 16 nights as two families of 3 people, including two children. The villa was perfect for our set up as everyone had their own room, and our families didn't feel as though we were in each others pockets due to the excellent layout and number of 'master' bedrooms. The villa offers all you need, from everything you can think of in the kitchen, plenty of pool towels, enough seating for the number of beds (which isn't always a given in villas!) right down to the cleanliness and comfort of a true home from home. The games room was a huge hit too. Whilst the living areas are lovely and very well maintained, the pool deck and pool itself are even better. The large deck offers sun most of the day right through to evening with a lovely lanai in case the Florida rain comes, or you just want a little shade. The pool heat was fantastic and meant that despite a cold turn in our last week, we could continue to use it throughout our trip. The hot tub is a welcome addition and great to soothe aching backs after a day at the parks too. The location is excellent for all parks and other Florida attractions with easy access to the i4, the 27 and other major routes. Plenty of dining and shopping very close to the villa too, making it a very convenient place to stay. We visit Florida two to three times a year and have stayed at many villas in the area. This is one of the best (if not THE best) we have stayed at. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florida, wanting a beautiful and welcoming villa to stay in.

We had the most wonderful 2 week stay at the villa. it was home from home with absolutely everything you could need. The outside pool, bbq, hot tub & dinning area was amazing, we had some lovely evenings outside. 4 adults and 4 kids all staying at the villa and it felt so spacious. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The only downside was that we didn't want to go out all day long and miss out on spending time there! The soft luxurious carpets were an added bonus in the feet after a long day in the park! The games room was well enjoyed by our teenagers, again we didn't want to go out in the evenings and miss out on spending time at the villa! Good location, close to plenty of shops and food places. Would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday in Orlando Florida 🌴❤️

We had a great stay. Parking was easy, communication with the host was smooth, and the house had plenty of space for our family of five. I needed to see patients via telehealth while we were there, and there was more than enough private space for me to do that without interrupting any of the fun. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and heating it was definitely worth it. We’d happily stay again. We really enjoyed our time here.

Overall, this was a great place to stay at! Janice made it very welcoming and worth the price. We did struggle finding the entrance since it was a gated community, but the neighborhood was so nice and safe enough to walk around. We did not realize we needed to get our own toilet paper when we ran out, but it ended up working out just fine. We did pay for two days of heated pool and it was definitely not heated for the second day, but that is not Janice’s fault that’s the lady who I contacted for the heating. Overall, Janice was so friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. She responded fast especially for being in a different time zone. I highly recommend going here there’s so many places nearby that you can do things at.

Amazing House, Amazing Host, Amazing Pool/Hot Tub. We have stayed at this home for multiple years.....it's our ONLY go to place in Florida!

One of the best Villa’s we have stayed at. Beautiful villa, clean and fully stocked with towels and everything you would need in the kitchen. We had a great fortnight holiday in Florida. The house is great, with everything you n eed. The kids loved the pool and games room. The house is very well situated to access Disney, Universal, Gatorland (recommended), and the adults are suffering from theme park fatique, but some managed to slip away to Cape Canaveral and to see Orlando Magic Basketball. (a crazy experience). Thank you

We're regular visitors to the area and have stayed in many homes and this was fantastic for us. Communication with the owner (Jeremy) was fantastic and very responsive. We didn't need the management company at all which is also a great sign. The home was spotless for our arrival and the instructions once inside perfectly clear but not in the slightest inhibitive, and we felt at home. Superbly equipped kitchen and great bathrooms. We hope we can stay longer next time.

We have had a fantastic time staying here for 2 weeks with a road trip in the middle of our holiday. Everything we needed was available including towels for the beach and a cool box for our snacks. 8 of us with one who has to cook from scratch, the kitchen didn't disappoint as there was everything needed to prepare speciality foods including daily bread. The BBQ was a hit when we had family come visit. The hot tub was so relaxing, watching the sun go down in the tub was the best way to end the day. And the kids had the games room to stay entertained. This is a 5* villa in every way, very clean with so much space. Definitely hope to return in the future, thank you Nicole for sharing your villa with us. Well the time has come to fly back home. Our first time staying in a Villa and it has been AMAZING! Being able to relax in such a spacious and beautiful home with your own pool and jacuzzi after crazy days in the parks is just fantastic. The Villa is in a brilliant location and we would highly recommend a stay here. It has everything you need and more to ensure you have the most amazing holiday. Magical memories made!!

We had a great stay here. The home is clean and well kept.Close to all amenities and attractions.Easy to navigate to and around.The host is kind and quick to respond to messages.We were a group of 8, everyone had there own space.The pool is south facing, so nice sun all day. We paid to heat the pool, so we could swim all day. The hot tub was great at night. This house is also in a great community.The host provided a couple rolls of toilet paper, hand soaps, paper towels, dishwasher and washer pods, and a couple garbage bags. We would recommend.

Our stay at Calabay Palm Villa was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The house is truly stunning and even better than the photos. Beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. From the private swimming pool and relaxing hot tub to the fantastic games room, there was something for everyone to enjoy without even leaving the villa. The location is perfectly situated just a short drive from Disney, amazing restaurants, supermarkets, and all the main attractions. After long days at the parks, it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable and luxurious space to unwind. The villa itself is incredibly spacious, with 5 large bedrooms, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, and lots of room for everyone to spread out. It felt like a home away from home but with that special holiday luxury. Nicole was fantastic and super helpful throughout. Friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Just home from a wonder Christmas and New Year staying at Calabay Palms Villas. Excellent location. The villa is very spacious and ideal for different generations. I was very luxurious in the downstairs Master Bedroom and En-suite with bath and shower. The beds were really comfortable. Beautifully decorated villa and everything you need is available. The Christmas Tree and beautiful baubles really made it feel Christmasy. I highly recommend a stay at Calabay Palms Villa. The children loved the pool and games room. Spacious Rooms. We stayed at Sunset Vista over the Christmas holidays - our first Christmas away from home. Everything about the villa is perfect - location, pool, games room and the information available is such a great help. Starbucks is a 5 minute walk - a favourite of our teenage girls. The complex was so festive and clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again, and the advice and guidance from Dave and Heidi from our original enquiries to arriving was perfect. Would 100% recommend the Sunset Vista to anyone visiting Florida.

Rebecca was so helpful and flexible. We got a flat tire and needed to check out a bit late to get it repaired and she was so kind about it and flexible.

We arrived yesterday at the villa, and we are very impressed with it. The villa is immaculately clean and the decor is perfect. I love the seating at the front and back of the property, I shall be certainly utilising these. There is everything that we could need, and the location is perfect. I am so glad we found your villa and looking forward to bringing my little granddaughter here next year.

We had the most amazing stay over Halloween 🎃. From our initial phone call when booking, right the way through to our final conversation once back in the UK, Nicole was incredibly helpful and always on hand. The villa is home from home with great facilities including a BBQ, pool, games room, beach equipment, beach towels, and ample space. We chose to buy shopping in from Publix and enjoyed sitting down to breakfast together and our evening BBQs over a game of Uno. We had friends staying with us but the layout meant we all had our own space and felt that we each had our privacy. We drove around the streets on Halloween to see the decorations and to see the local children trick & treating. Disney & the parks are a 30min drive. Publix is literally at the end of the road along with a 7/11, Starbucks and Chik-a-fil. A much quieter place to stay with a community feel, rather than the villas hired by large airline companies. We’ll certainly be back!!

The villa was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Roughly 30 mins away from all parks. With a supermarket just down the road.Pool was lovely and warm and great to get into after a run in the morning or after a day out i the parks.Thought it was great that there was a slowcooker. Helped us massively meal prep for when we were out all day at the parks.Very spacious, clean villa. Would definitely return.

Beautiful villa, home away from home After along day off travelling from Dublin to Orlando we were all tired and ready for bed when we opened the door to villa it put the smile back on our faces. The villa is Modern and fresh with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. When you have to use a step to get into bed you know it’s going to be a good nights sleep. The games room in the garage was great, it provided great entertainment to kill sometime on days relaxing in the villa. The freshly resurfaced pool was beautiful, our 10 month old daughter really enjoyed every minute off it. The seating area in the lanai was fantastic being able to sit out to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice cold beer in the evening time after a long day at the parks or shopping. As a Florida holidaymaker for over 20 years know and staying in many many villas throughout that time. I can honestly say that this has been the best one yet. Jon and Julie we're great from the moment we booked right up to check out any questions or issues were answered and sorted out instantly. Steven and Alexa were amazing hosts! Their home is so beautiful and has everything that you could ever need— and more! We actually loved it so much that I fear leaving this review because I want this to be my little kept secret find! If you’re looking for a major win for your family, this home is it! Our kids favorite part— the game room and the pool! The adults favorite part— the comfortable beds and peaceful ambiance through the home. With a bathroom in each bedroom, every one had plenty of privacy and there was never a line! The kitchen was stocked with all of the tools and supplies to cook dinner at home. The whole house was very clean. The landscaping was gorgeous. You can really tell this couple wants to share their home with you!

Nice place, enjoyed our stay

Wonderful villa in fantastic location I knew before we arrived that this villa would exceed expectations, it was amazing inside and out! It was in a perfect location at Calabay Parc, super Walmart close by and various other shops/eating places. The rooms were all well appointed and the little steps for the master bed were so cute. Plenty space for the six of us to not feel cramped and under each others feet. The kids all loved the games room. We all loved the heated pool and chilled out on the seats by the pool. Julie and Jon are amazing hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. When we come back to Florida this will be our first stop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a very spacious and clean property. Close to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. I did find that there was a lack of basic essentials and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. Making it difficult to feed a large family such as mine. Overall, the stay was nice and we were all comfortable.

Thank you for letting us stay again. We have had a fabulous time and made more amazing memories. Hopefully we will be back for a 3rd time. xx

We had a great stay for our Disney trip, only about 20-25 minutes from the parks! The Villa had everything you need for a successful stay away from home. Had great communication with hosts and they were easy to get a hold of if needed. Tons of space for big family stays and everyone to have their own private space. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

We have been so lucky to stay here for a second time and this villa is just perfect. Everything you could possibly need with fantastic pool and ultra clean rooms. Perfect location for us with I-4 & US27 & US19 a few minutes away. Also for us is the security being in a gated area which is so quiet is important. Hope to return next year.

Fabulosity house for our little family reunion! My father lives in Haines city and we were about 10 minutes from him. Plus, we all spent several days in Disney and Universal parks only a hour away. The bedrooms are set up nicely accommodating 3 couples plus my 3 nieces. The pool was way fantastic and warm. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and other equipment that made it super easy to cook for us all. They even had a good quality slow cooker. Also a hand mixer and blender. Plenty of local shopping for food and other supplies. There’s an an Aldi, a Walmart, Winn Dixie and Publix all within a 5 miles radius. The open room first floor concept was loverly. We had plenty of room to set up a 1000 piece puzzle. Plenty of linens and the beds were super comfy, so was the sofa, I would definitely stay in this house again, we had so much fun.

Magical The Villa is spacious, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable the bathrooms were clean and modern like the whole villa and the games room a huge hit with my kids due to plenty of choice with basketball-air hockey & pool and the board games. The pool area – beautifully maintained, private, and perfect for both relaxing and fun family time quickly became one of our favourite spots. The location is a huge plus too. Everything is near by shops, restaurants and the parks not even half a hour away. Perfect. I absolutely loved our stay at the house. Everything was very clean and organized, and we had no problems! Del responded quickly to resolve some issues. I hope to be able to come back and enjoy a few more days. We had an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and amenities.

The house was super pretty, very close to the stores and everything! We definitely enjoyed our stay and the mattress in the master bedroom on the main floor is super comfortable!! Just be aware the traffic can get a little backed up down the road however it is still a 5 out of 5 for me!

Del was extremely responsive and the house itself is lovely. We did require a clean of the pool furniture but this was quickly sorted. Only notes would be that water pressure seems quite low in comparison to other houses on Calabay Parc and some new loungers by the pool as the current ones have tears in them. Other than that everything was inside was spotless and very well decorated. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Lovely break away My husband and two youngest girls enjoyed nearly two weeks in this spectacular villa! Kitted with everything we could need, the wonderfully spacious, modern and stylish home was already kitted out with basic essentials! (Even useful things like ponchos for wet park days!) We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week-long trip. The game room and pool table were a huge hit with our kids—great for unwinding after long days at the parks and baseball fields.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to all the major attractions, and especially convenient to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, where we were playing in a week-long baseball tournament. It made our schedule so much easier!The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was simple and smooth. The villa is located in a very quiet area with easy access and traveling distance to the Parks, particularly Disney. Some great restaurants just a few Minutes away and an Aldi and Publix supermarket. Very comfortable villa with lots of extras. We loved our stay, thank you.

Home Away From Home! The "Florida Getaway Villa " truly lived up to its name, offering a beautiful and serene escape that felt like a home away from home. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped the villa was. The pool was a fantastic highlight, providing endless fun and relaxation for the whole family and the sunsets were something else. I can’t forget to mention the Games room too, this was amazing. We enjoyed many nights in here shooting hoops, playing pool and Foosball. What really set this Villa apart was the attention to detail. The villa was beautifully displayed and decorated exquisitely. It was also wonderful that so much was provided for us, from ample towels to even Disney-themed items that delighted our 2 year old (and the adults :-) Oh and the Disney Mugs! We loved these! We even had rain ponchos provided for those summer afternoon Floridian downpours. The convenience and thoughtfulness of having these essentials readily available made our stay even more enjoyable if that was possible! :-) Overall, our experience at "The Florida Getaway Villa" was exceptional. Janice's place was outstanding! Everything was neat and clean. The house looked just like the pictures. The pool was great! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal if you don't want to eat out all the time and had a nice large table to eat together as a family! If I absolutely had to find something to complain about, the smaller master bedroom tends to be very warm. I just got a fan from Walmart, so it was fine! We travel to Florida 2 or 3 times a year and this place was great! We definitely keep it in mind for our future trips!

Good evening, I would like to begin by saying that choosing to stay at Oasis Summer Villa was an excellent decision. From the moment we arrived, there was an immediate sense of tranquility. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully organized, and all necessities were easily accessible. Our group consisted of my mother- and father-in-law, my husband’s uncle, my husband, our 9-year-old daughter, and myself. My husband’s uncle thoroughly enjoyed the Minion-themed room, as he is truly young at heart. Fantastic stay at Calabay Hideaway We have just returned from a 16 night stay at Calabay Hideaway and can easily say this is the nicest villa we have stayed in. Property was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need on a holiday. Beds were super comfy and my son wants us to buy him a new mattress just like he had on holiday. Location was fabulous. Disney parks could be reached by either the I4 or US192. Travel time was approx 25 minutes. Hosts were really attentive and answered any queries we had before travelling and checked with us by email on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The villas pool got the sunshine from early in the morning which was great as we could sunbathe while waiting on our teenage son getting out of bed. Looking forward to another visit hopefully in the near future.

We spent 16 nights at Sunset Lake Villa this month and had a fantastic stay. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home-from-home. The screened pool area overlooks a peaceful lake and was perfect for relaxing. Inside, everything was spotless and well-equipped, with a great kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a fun games room. The location is ideal—quiet, secure, and close to Disney, shops, and lots of great restaurants. Kevin and Tricia were excellent hosts, responsive and helpful throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to return (in fact we've already rebooked) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

As a family that’s spread across the country, we chose a family vacay at Calabay Hideaway paired with a first-time trip to Disney for our kiddos. The two large primary bedrooms were perfection for grandparents and parents, while the kiddos enjoyed their own space (especially our Star Wars fan, who had the Star Wars bedroom to himself!). With full days at Disney and a beach day trip to the Gulf coast on our agenda, we looked forward to coming back to relax beside (and in) the pool and burn off energy in the well-stocked games room. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the owners had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The house itself was immaculate – spotless throughout and beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches in every room. It felt more like a home than a holiday rental, and everything we could possibly need had already been provided. There were USB/USC sockets in convenient places, beach towels, pool towels, even special towels for make-up and dyed hair/fake tan – such a clever idea! There were also cooling boxes for days out, a washing maiden, stationery, pool inflatables, Disney fans, umbrellas, ponchos, board games, and so much more. Every little detail had been considered to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. The outdoor area (Lanai) was a real highlight – a gorgeous space to relax, dine, or just enjoy the Florida sunshine.How I miss sitting out there in the morning with my first cup of coffee. The pool was lovely and clean, and the added handrail made getting in and out so much more "graceful" – a small touch that makes a big difference! Special thank you to the owners and their management team for finding and posting back some items that my daughter had left behind too, especially her night time cuddly toy who is priceless, we really can't thank you enough for this! We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped base in Florida. We have just stayed in David & Heidi's beautiful home. It was ideal for our family of 4 and was a real home from home. David has been extremely helpful from start to finish and his communication from booking through to our final days has been great. The house has everything you could possibly need, a fully functioning kitchen complete with all the utensils you need for a family. It took us around 20 minutes to travel to Disney everyday so the villa is situated in a ideal location.It's also a massive bonus to be travelling home with our washing already done and dusted! The real highlight of this villa, is the pool deck, our children absolutely loved the pool and we enjoyed watching the sunset on an evening. We hope to return one day soon

David and Heidi were extremely helpful from our initial enquiry through to our stay at their lovely villa in Davenport. The villa itself is in an ideal position, with a large swimming pool that is not over looked. Exceptionally clean on arrival and provided everything we needed. Good links to shops via the US27 and there is a Publix supermarket close by. We would definitely choose this villa again.

Great house Property was very clean and in a nice location close to restaurants and shopping. The community is nice and quiet. House was as described and had all the amenities you need. We had the pleasure of staying in this villa in April for 2 weeks, during which time we got married and started our honeymoon. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, stepping out to the pool area overlooking the lake is really a WOW moment. Photo's do not do this place justice - and I thought it looked perfect before arriving. Arrival was smooth and stress-free, key pad entry is a brilliant idea. Lots of amenities in the area within driving distance, and Championsgate and surrounding area is continuing to expand with new restaurants. A firm favourite of ours is Ford's Garage. A new favourite, huey magoo's! We dreaded check out day, simply because we didn't want to leave. We saw so much wildlife surrounding the lake, including a Heron and very fluffy babies, rabbits and we are sure we saw a tiny gator (chomp we called him). We hope to return in the not too distant future and will be recommending to family and friends who are looking to visit Orlando. What a great family holiday. We all had such a great time staying at Calabay Palms Villa, a home away from home. We had everything on hand to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, fun, memorable and one that we will be talking about for years to come. Peaceful delight Villa was very easy to find, and a lovely temporary home. Plenty of room for 2 families. Seating area outside was where we spent most of our time. Very quiet and private out the back. Games in the garage if you wanted to use them. Contacted the hosts a couple of times and they were very quick to reply. I would definitely stay again.

I am writing this while sitting around the pool for our last night at this incredible villa. I’d like to thank Kevin for answering my nonstop questions, he has been amazing. We have stayed as a family of 4 for 11 nights and cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The villa is in a great location and has a beautiful view of the lake from the pool area. On our arrival we found the villa to be immaculately clean and has everything you could possibly want and more. The photos really don’t do this place justice as it’s better than what we could of wished for. We are already in discussions for our return stay.

Just enjoying an amazing 2 week stay in Orlando at 238 Victory Ave, – and WOW. The property is stunning – spacious, spotless, and packed with everything you need, and all on one level, a true home from home. The pool is our little slice of paradise, so peaceful and perfect for unwinding after action-packed days at the parks or chill out days around the pool. The games room is also a huge hit with the kids too – pool table, darts, and loads of other games in the villa for chilled-out evenings in. The kids want to move in permanently. The location is spot on, just a short drive to all the major attractions but still tucked away enough to truly relax. Neil has been absolutely brilliant – super helpful, always just a call or text away, and made everything so easy and stress free from booking to check-out. We cannot recommend this Villa enough – we’re already dreaming about coming back! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. Check in was seamless, the house was clean, and everything was where we were told it was going to be. We spent most of our time in the parks so we didn't cook much but the kitchen amenities as well as a fully stocked spice rack were a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Florida retreat This is a home away from home. Very well appointed with pretty much anything you'd need. Nice new washer with dryer, new refrigerator and new hand held shower heads in the 2 master bedrooms. Skeeball has been added to the games in the garage. There's a pool handle also that makes getting in and out of the pool much easier. Owners act immediately if called / emailed for any issue that might come up. This is our second year here and hope to return again.

I’ve just returned from my holiday and had the absolute pleasure of staying at Callabay Palms Villa. From the get-go, Nicole was fantastic! She was super communicative throughout the booking process, answering all my questions and even offering great recommendations on where to eat and what to do. She’s very hands-on, which made me feel completely at ease. The moment I stepped into the villa, it felt like I was walking into my home away from home. The photos I’d seen on Facebook were stunning, but they honestly didn’t do the place justice. The high ceilings and large windows allow beautiful sunlight to pour in, filling the villa with warmth and a welcoming atmosphere, exactly what you need after a long 9+ hour flight. This villa has thought of everything. The utility room with a dryer was convenient, and the fully equipped games room kept everyone entertained. The pool area was perfect with sunshine all day and the brand new hot tub was an absolute treat in the evenings. The five spacious bedrooms all have plenty of storage and TVs. The large master bedroom downstairs was a standout, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and a massive en suite with a huge bath. I made sure to indulge in a few relaxing bubble baths during my stay! I can’t recommend Calabay Palms Villa enough and will definitely be looking to stay here again on my next trip to Florida. Great stay! We had a great time! House looked better than in pictures, was centrally located, and had all the things we needed. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The house was extremely clean as well. We have already booked our next stay at this property.

Staying at Calabay Palms Villa was an absolute dream, the home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we might need. The location was perfect, a short drive from disney. The pool wan hot tub was a major highlight, the ideal spot to unwind and relax. Nicole was amazing incredibly responsive and accommodating. The home was clean and comfortable! We had long busy days and coming home to a comfortable space was appreciated. The home is located close to grocery stores and main roads. It was quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the place!

We wanted to take a short 9 night winter break to our favourite place Orlando. So glad we found Sunset Lake Villa. Kevin and Tricia have been a delight to deal with. They responded to our emails quickly, efficiently and are so helpful. The Villa pool area overlooks a beautiful lake and is in a quiet residential area away from any busy roads. It’s immaculately clean with beautiful quality furniture and bedding and we immediately felt at home there. They have thought of everything you need for a wonderful vacation with a well equipped kitchen, fun games room in the garage and an upgraded TV package. There is also an easy to use quality alarm system. The villa is in a central location, a short drive to restaurants, shops, gas station with superchargers and the I4. We thoroughly recommend Sunset Lake Villa and we will definitely return for a vacation in the future.

Our stay at Calabay Palms Villa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the villa’s spaciousness and immaculate condition. The five beautifully decorated bedrooms provided ample space for our group of ten, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and at home. The private south-facing pool and hot tub quickly became our favourite retreat. After days spent exploring the local attractions, it was a joy to return and relax in the pristine pool area, which offered plenty of seating and a serene atmosphere. The 5-star air-conditioned games room was a highlight for both adults and children in our group. Equipped with an 8ft slate pool table, air hockey, foosball, dartboard, a Pac-Man arcade machine, and a Pirates of the Caribbean pinball machine, it provided endless entertainment. We spent many evenings enjoying friendly competitions and creating lasting memories. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparations a breeze. We appreciated the modern appliances and ample dining space, which allowed us to enjoy meals together comfortably. The villa’s location in the peaceful Calabay Parc community was ideal. We found it to be a convenient base, with numerous restaurants, shops, and bars within a short 5-10 minute drive, making it easy to dine out or pick up necessities. Booking directly with the owners, Steve and Nicole, was a seamless experience. They were incredibly responsive, attentive, and provided all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable experience is evident in every aspect of the villa. In summary, Calabay Palms Villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Its combination of luxury amenities, prime location, and exceptional hospitality makes it a perfect choice for families or groups visiting the Orlando area. We look forward to returning on our next Florida vacation.

My wife and I along with my two children stayed Christmas and New Year 2024! We had the best time! When we arrived there was a Christmas tree up which was a really nice touch, the villa was clean spaceous and had everything we needed and more! The villa is in a great location with lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Tricia and Kevin were great hosts, their communication with us was excellent! We are already looking at when we can next come back. Thank you so much once again!

the absolute best host EVER!

We have just returned from 4 weeks staying in Calabay Palms, and it was amazing ! From the start of talking to Nicole and getting a quote through to flying home Nicole’s communication has been 5* The villa is very spacious, all rooms were presented well, very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and hot tub are very welcoming after a day at the parks, kitchen and dining areas were very spacious. We loved the games room , pool table and pinball table were great fun, Nicole and her management company were very helpful with questions we had during our visit , I can’t recommend this villa enough and we will be returning in the future it was just so nice receiving the email saying I hope you had a nice time and wishing us a safe flight home, it was the cherry on the cake you are thinking of us x

Steven and Alexa were outstanding hosts. The villa was not only Disney themed to please the children, but also decorated exceedingly well for the Christmas Holidays. The pool area was creatively decorated with garden gnomes and accent lighting that really added to the tropical trees and bushes. Steven and Alexa have thought of every little thing a guest could want. We would love to return again in the future!

When you have travelled as a family for 24hours from leaving home in Uk with all the stresses and tiredness that you know about, even as us, a family of 6 in three generations, then you finally arrive at your accommodation and you are feeling by now you can stay in a cardboard box. Well within minutes you walk into this building and it already feels like a “home” you can only dream about!! All of a sudden the tiredness from the whole family has gone and it changed in a moment!! If you want that feeling then please come to Calabay Palms Villa!! We are here now and it is so homely and super comfortable! What you don’t get from the photos is the layout and the feeling of space, let me tell you it’s special!! And this is from a pair of grandparents, kids and grandkids who all felt the same. We were all together, but we all had our own space too, and would you believe this, we didn’t use all of the rooms! When you are told it’s “home from home” you think “yeah yeah” but let me tell you it’s more than that! If you get the opportunity to stay here please give it a try, you will have your own experience of what we had as a family. Just in case you are wondering there are plenty of shops & restaurants, minutes away, and also a Starbucks only a short walk away. The owners are so easy to deal with also!! Please give it a try! Outstanding!! After a long arduous journey, it was a complete joy to open the villa door and find a beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean space. So well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. We loved every minute of being there. Not overlooked, the villa occupies a quiet spot in on a lovely development within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets, stores and of course, Disney parks. The photos do not do this home from home justice. Book a stay there and find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely home Wonderful home away from home! The layout was perfect for my daughter and I to each have our own room, and the 4 grandchildren really enjoyed their colorful rooms. The pool and hot tub were so much fun and so refreshing after walking around Legoland each day. Clean home, comfortable, and nicely decorated and maintained. We will be back.

We’ve stayed in Tricia and Kevin’s lovely villa twice now and I’m ashamed to admit I hadn’t yet posted in the guestbook, as they really deserve a fantastic 5+ star review. Lovely clean, spacious, well looked after and as ex-owners we know how much effort that takes. Honestly, a truly great villa that really exceeds expectations. Tricia and Kevin are a joy to deal with, no small detail missed. They are fantastic hosts with amazing communication. Last visit, we loved walking (yes walking) down to the local Starbucks for breakfast which was a 25min slow walk. We really can’t wait to visit again. I close my eyes and I’m back there in an instant watching the fantastic sunset over the lake with a cool beer. No more need to be said, the clue is in the villas name. Chris and Tricia

The home was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and well appointed making it the perfect retreat after a day exployring the Parks. The pool and hot tub were absolute highlights. We spent hours of relaxing and soaking up the Florida sunshine. The games room was an added bonus providing endless fun for both the kids and adults. Nicole was truely amazing answered lots of our questions prior to booking and gave lots of tips and advice on parks, flights, restaurants and car hire. The villa had truely everything we needed for a perfect holiday, and I cant recommend it enough. We are already planning our next stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely villa. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find that the owners had thoughtfully added small touches that were very much appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. When we contacted the management company about an issue with the pool alarm, they responded immediately and sent someone over right away. The management team was extremely helpful, easy to reach, and very accommodating. We had such a wonderful time that we were sad to leave and would have loved to stay longer. We can’t recommend this villa enough and look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing Beautiful house with everything my kids and I needed. Close to everything!

This villa is beautiful! We have twins that are 20 and a 10 yr old and we all loved it, the games room was a big hit for the boys and of course we all loved the swimming pool and the lake out the back just topped it all off! Nice and quiet when you come back from a long busy day out that we all definitely enjoyed. Kevin and Tricia were great hosts and replied quickly to any questions we had about the villa. House was perfect for our family, this was our second time staying here! Large spacious house for the whole family, has everything you need. Strollers, high chairs etc. Close to Disney, located in a good area close to food & shopping. Host is always wonderful & responds fast. We’d definitely stay here again
